About the Role :We are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js and Next.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-performance, user-friendly web applications, preferably in a product- focused environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate requirements into functional, visually appealing applications.- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.- Debug and troubleshoot issues across browsers and devices, ensuring cross- browser compatibility.- Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks for future use.- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in frontend development.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to standards.- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Required Skills :- Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js, with a deep understanding of component-based architecture.- Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Recoil, or Context API.- Familiarity with modern frontend development tools and build processes (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications.- Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Bootstrap).- Experience with version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.- Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization techniques for web applications.Preferred Skills :- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.- Experience in working with a product-driven environment, contributing to customer-focused features.- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify).- Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to implement them.
