Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Next.js and React.js Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications and interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to ensure seamless functionality, scalability, and aesthetics across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications using Next.js, React.js, and supporting technologies. - Lead frontend development initiatives, driving the project lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and optimization. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver visually appealing, responsive, and performant web experiences. - Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API integrations using Next.js best practices. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, and adherence to modern web standards. - Mentor and support junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. - Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and integrating emerging frontend technologies and frameworks. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 1+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, primarily using Next.js and React.js. - Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, along with frontend state management tools (Redux, Context API, or similar). - Experience with frontend build tools and workflows such as Git, Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. - Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration between frontend and backend services. - Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. - Passion for creating performant, accessible, and user-focused digital experiences.
