Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliation processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounting operations including:Accounts payable and receivableGeneral ledger maintenanceBank, cash, and vendor reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure accurate and timely GST compliance:GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)GST reconciliation with books and portalHandle TDS compliance:TDS calculations, deductions, and returnsIssuance of TDS certificatesCoordinate with auditors for internal and statutory auditsMaintain proper accounting records and documentationAssist in finalization of accounts and balance sheetMonitor expenses, budgets, and cost controlEnsure compliance with statutory laws and company policiesSupport management with MIS and financial reportsHandle accounting entries related to payroll and expensesSkills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesHands-on experience in GST and TDS compliancesProficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP / Odoo preferred)Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)Attention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEducational Qualification:B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)Relevant accounting certifications will be an advantagePreferred Industry Experience:E-commerce / Retail / ManufacturingExperience handling high-volume transactionsSalary:Up to ₹45,000 per month (as per experience & skills)
