Global Transfer Pricing SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated Global Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our transfer pricing group, you will work on a wide range of TP advisory and compliance engagements, supporting multinational clients with documentation, benchmarking studies, and intercompany pricing strategies.Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulations. This will involve conducting functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricing, performing benchmarking studies using TP databases and tools, and supporting the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policies.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need to have 2-4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or international tax, preferably in the UAE or MENA region. You will also have the chance to participate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authorities, and contribute to business development initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building efforts.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation, local files, and master files in line with OECD and UAE TP regulations.Conduct functional, industry, and economic analyses to support arm's length pricing.Perform benchmarking studies using TP databases and tools.Support the preparation and review of intercompany agreements and pricing policies.Collaborate with Managers and Directors to develop TP planning strategies and documentation.Participate in client meetings and assist with responding to queries from tax authorities.Assist in drafting proposals for potential clients.Confident to proactively run projects independently with review and inputs from seniors in the team.Collaborate with Corporate Tax Team for interdependencies of Transfer Pricing provisions in UAE Corporate Tax Law.Contribute to business development initiatives, proposals, and knowledge-building efforts.Stay updated with evolving international tax/TP regulations and UAE-specific compliance requirements.Work closely with cross-functional teams across Tax, Legal, and Advisory practices.Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing or international tax (experience in the UAE or MENA region preferred)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or similar are an advantageStrong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindsetProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with TP databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, RoyaltyStat, or similar) is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
