Reporting to the Hon'ble Chancellor, the DG provides leadership to all non-teaching functions and shall be the Chief Operating Officer of the university. He shall oversee and monitor the administration of the non-teaching functions and general administration of the university to ensure efficiency and good order of the university.

Branding:

- Monitor Brand Equity and Business Growth

- Identify and build flagship programs for CU

- Roadmap to improve national and international rankings

- Plan to improve external and internal branding

- Portray Faculty/Staff as brand ambassadors

- Standardized Internal and External Comprehensive admission policy and process : set standards for quality intake Strategy to Achieve Demand Ratio of 1:10

- Clear Marketing Strategy for establishing CU as a quality institute

- Admitting Students on the basis of National Level Tests like JEE, CAT, MAT, CLAT etc.

- Attracting meritorious and talented students

- Revamp Scholarship and Free Schemes to attract top talent

- Maintaining diversity of students across programs

Choice-Based Career Options:

- Strategy and Action Plan to meet Student Career Aspirations along with 100% Student Success.

- Robust Framework for Providing Choice-Based Career Options to Students of all Streams
