About the Company
We are one of India's fastest-growing manufacturers of premium Pre-Laminated Panels and Laminates, operating out of a state-of-the-art, 100,000 sq. ft. facility near Vapithe largest flat lamination unit in the country. As we expand aggressively across markets, we are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead growth in Mumbai.
Position Objective
To drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with OEMs, dealers, and architects in the assigned territory. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets across B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
OEM Channel Development:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing OEM clients (Modular Kitchen & Furniture
manufacturers).
- Identify and onboard new OEMs through a consultative, solution-driven approach.
Retail & Dealer Network Expansion:
- Develop a robust dealer network to penetrate the B2C market segment.
- Ensure brand visibility and product availability across all key retail touchpoints.
Architect & Designer Engagement:
- Establish and nurture relationships with leading Architects, Interior Designers, and PMCs.
- Conduct product presentations and build brand recall within the influencer community.
Sales & Inventory Management:
- Drive primary sales and ensure consistent stock availability at distributor warehouses.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfillment and after-sales service.
Customer Service & Resolution:
- Address client queries and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3- 4 years of sales experience in premium building materials (Laminates, Panels, Plywood, etc.
- MBA in sales or marketing
- Network: Established connects with Modular Furniture/Kitchen OEMs, leading architects, and premium Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
