Additional responsibilities include handling customer complaints, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the development of customer service strategies.Qualifications- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively and professionally. - Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and the ability to upsell or cross-sell products. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records. - Basic computer literacy - Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. - A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
