You’ll work withElixir, Phoenix LiveView, and the Ash Frameworkto design reliable OTP processes and deliver production-grade code across backend and interactive UIs. We also welcome skilled backend or cross-platform developers (including Flutter) who are eager to transition into the Elixir ecosystem. You’ll receivestructured onboarding and mentorshipto ensure a smooth and rewarding learning experience.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and maintainPhoenix applications(Controllers, LiveView, Channels) andOTP components(GenServers, Supervisors, background workers). Model data and domain logic using theAsh FrameworkwithPostgreSQL . Implementreal-time APIs and event-driven features(WebSockets, PubSub, Presence) usingRedis / RabbitMQ / Kafka . Ensure reliability throughautomated testing (ExUnit) , CI/CD pipelines, and peer-reviewed code. Monitor production systems usingtelemetry, metrics, and logging ; troubleshoot issues in real time. Participate inDocker/AWS deploymentsand mentor junior developers.Skills & QualificationsRequired3+ years of professional backend or cross-platform development experience. Strong RDBMS skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL): schema design, migrations, optimization. Experience buildingreal-time or event-driven systems(WebSockets, PubSub, Presence). Strong commitment totesting, CI/CD, and code quality . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Based inHyderabad (hybrid work model)with a proactive ownership mindset. PreferredHands-on experience inElixir, Phoenix, LiveView / HEEx, and OTP . Familiarity with theAsh Frameworkor domain-driven design concepts. Exposure toDocker, AWS (ECS/EKS/EC2) , and observability tools ( Prometheus, Grafana ). Familiarity withRedis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka . Background inFlutter, Go, Python, or Rubyfor cross-stack versatility. Experience withAI-assisted development workflowsor mentoring engineers.
