Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned SEO Manager to lead and optimize our search engine strategy across all digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of SEO professionals, developing strategies that increase our online visibility, driving quality traffic, and ensuring that our educational content reaches the right audience at the right time. This role requires a results-oriented, analytical, and up-to-date expert in both technical and content SEO, with strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Leadership
• Develop, implement, and own the overall SEO strategy for all verticals and platforms.
• Lead and mentor the internal SEO team to achieve performance targets and campaign success.
• Establish KPIs and align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing goals.
• Technical SEO & Site Audits
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
• Ensure mobile optimization, page speed, and schema markup are consistently maintained.
• Content & On-Page Optimization
• Optimize website content, structure, metadata, and internal linking to boost organic rankings.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure keyword-rich, informative, and engaging content.
• Guide blog, landing page, and micro-site creation with SEO best practices.
• Keyword Research & Competitive Analysis
• Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and growth opportunities.
• Build keyword strategies for both short-term and long-tail objectives aligned with user intent.
• Link-Building & Outreach
• Design and manage link-building campaigns through high-quality outreach and partnerships.
• Monitor backlink profile health and disavow harmful links when necessary.
• Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
• Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., to measure SEO performance.
• Generate performance reports for leadership with insights and actionable improvements.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Explore and implement AI-driven SEO tools and automations to maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Profile – Ideal Fit for the Role

• Experience:
• 8–10 years in SEO, with a minimum of 5 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving website visibility and driving organic growth.
• Skills & Tools:
• Proficient in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress, Shopify, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools in digital marketing is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communicator who can work collaboratively across teams.
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
