Role Overview The Head of Growth & Strategic Expansion will drive R&D, new market opportunities, partnerships, stakeholder relations, and long-term growth planning for IQue Ventures and its portfolio startups. This role works closely with the CEO to convert ideas into actionable strategies and expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct research, feasibility studies, and market analysis for new ideas. ● Lead expansion projects, new verticals, and strategic growth initiatives. ● Manage stakeholder relationships: investors, partners, and key enquiries. ● Explore and evaluate collaboration opportunities with startups, corporates, and institutions. ● Create growth roadmaps, proposals, presentations, and strategic briefs. ● Support the CEO with planning, execution, and solving growth-related challenges. ● Represent IQue in high-level conversations with professionalism and emotional intelligence. ● Prepare weekly/monthly reports on growth, R&D, and expansion activities. Skills & Competencies ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● High emotional intelligence and situational handling ability. ● Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability. ● Ability to manage partnerships, stakeholders, and customer relationships. ● Strong project management and execution discipline. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. ● Minimum 2+ years in growth, strategy, business development, or expansion roles. ● Startup ecosystem experience is an added advantage.
