Description:Role: Team Manager US Logistics.Location: Mohali.Shift Timing: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM.Role Overview:Were looking for an experienced Team Manager with a strong background in International Sales to lead our US Logistics team.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven sales record, and experience managing a target-driven team.Key Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.- Drive client acquisition through outbound calls and business development activities.- Support the team in negotiating freight rates with shippers and carriers.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients.- Monitor daily performance and ensure team productivity and goal achievement.- Handle escalations and assist the team in closing deals effectively.Skills & Minimum 5 years of experience in International Sales (US process preferred).- Background in BPO / KPO / Logistics / Freight Brokerage is preferred.- Prior experience in team handling or sales leadership is required.- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.- Strong sales drive and ability to work in a target-based environment.- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.Perks & Benefits:- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.- Cab facility.- Provident Fund.
