Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Staff member to join our team in the Real Estate domain. The role involves coordinating with clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation accurately.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Freshers are encouraged to apply; any prior experience in administration is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Punctual and reliable.
