Deliverables

Expected/Key Results Activities:

Digitalisation of FS channel:

- Implementation of SFA with B2B sales team

- Implementation of DMS within Distribution Network

- Improving the KPI's of the team as per SFA DMS Analysis.

- Implementing the Chef Ways of Working.

- Monitoring the performance of Chef (Conversions ratio, Daily Customer interaction, Training of Chef on DM Product range)

- Identification of Training needs

- OD the FOS and ensuring Monthly Product Training by DM Chefs. Designing of training modules.

Monthly review Meetings:

- Forming a MRM flow of Agenda (Discussion Points, business Planning and Reviewing of KPI's). Agenda designing for ASM TSM BDE MRM.

New Product Development:


- To work on New product Development / introduction from inception to launch post understanding Market requirement and opportunity. Co-ordinating with NPD, Supply chain, Finance for commercials and other departments.

- Converting Regional Key accounts into business-

- Co-ordinating with the Regional Teams and Regional KAM's and share business cases for account Acquisitions.

Budget management:


- Managing FS Channel Budgets (Sampling, Damage, Liquidation, Price Difference etc..) as per the AOP.

- Ensuring Stock Availability


- Co-ordinating with Demand and Supply functions for ensuring the availability of Stocks at all CFA's.
