About the Role :

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 years of hands-on experience in designing user interfaces and enhancing user experiences for web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile apps using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate it into user-friendly designs

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity in implementation

- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI style guides

- Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.)

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
