Job Title: AWS Tech Lead (Migration Lead Engineer)Experience: 8+ YearsLocation: Pune | Chennai | Hyderabad | Gurgaon | Bhopal | Bangalore | JaipurBudget: ₹2.2 LPMAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced AWS Tech Lead (Migration Lead Engineer) to join our Infrastructure & Platform Engineering team.In this role, you will lead large-scale cloud migration initiatives—ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability across AWS and containerized environments. You’ll collaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to automate deployments, enhance monitoring, and drive continuous optimization in performance and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities✅ Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects and ensure seamless transition of workloads to AWS.✅ Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure.✅ Develop automation scripts and tooling using Python to enhance platform efficiency.✅ Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation (Terraform knowledge is a plus).✅ Manage container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.✅ Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.✅ Configure and optimize system monitoring using AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and other observability tools.✅ Troubleshoot complex cloud, network, and container issues with root cause analysis.✅ Collaborate with security, compliance, and DevSecOps teams to ensure governance standards.✅ Document best practices, architectures, and operational workflows.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.Hands-on expertise with AWS services and CloudFormation templates.Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes for container orchestration.Proficiency with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and AWS CloudWatch.Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud-native architectures.Familiarity with Ansible or similar configuration management tools (Terraform is a plus).Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework and cost optimization strategies.Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.Relevant Certifications:- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift - ⚙️ Exposure to microservices architecture and DevSecOps practices.Soft SkillsStrong leadership, ownership, and accountability for uptime and performance.️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, distributed teams.
