Job Title: Tech Lead (Full Stack – React.js / Node.js / MySQL / AWS) Location: New Delhi, India Employment Type: Hybrid About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end — from architecture and design to development and deployment — using React.js, Node.js, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, and AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda). You’ll lead a small but sharp team of engineers, guide technical decisions, write clean, scalable code yourself, and help us ship high-impact features quickly. What You’ll Do Own product builds from concept to production — architecture, development, deployment, and optimization. Lead by example — write and review code, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality output. Design and implement clean, responsive UIs with React.js and Tailwind CSS. Develop robust APIs and scalable back-end services using Node.js and MySQL. Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda) for cost, performance, and reliability. Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and product managers to turn ideas into working features fast. Drive best practices in CI/CD, Git workflows, and agile delivery. Mentor junior developers and build a culture of ownership and innovation. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong command of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS. Solid hands-on experience with AWS (especially EC2) and modern deployment workflows. Strong understanding of REST APIs, application security, and performance tuning. Ability to balance speed with quality — pragmatic but passionate about good engineering. Comfortable working in a lean team where you wear multiple hats and make things happen. Excellent communicator who can translate tech strategy into action. Bonus Points For Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or infrastructure as code (Terraform/CDK). Prior experience in an early-stage startup or small product team.
