Role Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to help manage oversee, track, and execute support of multiple client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the project, including activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate for Billing and collections.
- Develop and Main good relationship with Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Track project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Partner with Project Managers / Account Managers to identify and remove any roadblocks.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and reports.
- Assist in resource allocation and the scheduling of tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / MBA in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar project coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Project Master tool Excel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
