Role Overview for Manager Content Strategy:.
- At AppsForBharat, we're looking for a strategic and creative Manager Content Strategy to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of content initiatives.
- You will drive the content strategy that directly impacts revenue and user engagement, shaping our brand's narrative across multiple platforms.
- By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage content operations, streamline workflows, and foster a high-performing team to ensure seamless content production aligned with business objectives.
- This role is pivotal in shaping AppsForBharat's content-driven approach, helping us create meaningful, high-impact content that resonates with our audience and supports our product growth.
What you'll do here:.
- Plan and Execute Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that drive key revenue and engagement metrics, aligning with both shortand long-term business objectives.
- Operational Leadership: Own all aspects of content creation, management, and measurement.
- Design operational processes that improve efficiency and content activation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, communications, and product to ensure content strategies support and extend broader company initiatives.
- Content Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary content team (writers, designers, video editors), managing workflows and providing constructive feedback to ensure consistent output quality.
- Establish Systems and Best Practices: Create and maintain standards, systems, and processes for managing content across its lifecycle, ensuring best practices for workflow, collaboration, and measurement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage content performance data and reports to provide actionable insights and continually improve content strategies.
