Position Overview:


As a Lead Generation Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing new prospects through targeted outbound marketing efforts. If you have a deep understanding of B2B sales, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM tools, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research to identify potential clients using a variety of online and offline tools.
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Accurately record interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective lead generation campaigns.


Requirements:


Proven 1 plus years of experience in lead generation or tele sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Ability to consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
