Job Title: Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Development Location:Gumia Experience:2–6 Years Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree / Graduate Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto driveB2B and retail growth in the pharmaceutical sector . The role involves engaging with medical retailers, promoting a transparent B2B e-commerce platform, generating orders, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Visitretailers and chemist storesin Gomia and nearby areas as per the planned roster. Promote and sell the concept of aB2B e-commerce platformwith transparent pricing, assured quality, and timely delivery (same-day or next-day). Generate orders from retailers and consistentlymeet assigned sales targets . Collaborate with theteam leaderto resolve buyer concerns and provide effective solutions. Build and maintainstrong, long-term relationshipswith clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the pharmaceutical domain. Candidate Requirements Must own atwo-wheelerand hold avalid driving license . Experience inpharmaceutical sales, B2B business development, or retail distributionis preferred. Strongcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
