If youre passionate about designing robust, scalable systems and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, innovation-first environment, Ctruh offers the perfect platform to lead, grow, and make a meaningful impact.Position Overview :- Play a critical role in shaping the technology strategy and leading backend engineering at Ctruh Technologies.- Lead the engineering teams with a focus on backend development excellence, scalability, and performance.- Design, implement, and scale robust backend architectures aligned with product and business needs.- Ensure high standards in code quality, system reliability, and development practices.- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the engineering function.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :- Lead and mentor engineering teams, enforcing best practices in backend development and system architecture.- Take ownership of backend system design with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.- Define and drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with product, design, and frontend teams.- Oversee technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and code quality assurance processes.- Ensure adherence to the full software development lifecycle, including testing, documentation, and deployment workflows.System Architecture & Design :- Design scalable and high-performance backend systems with an emphasis on reliability and Utilize modern backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Go, etc., along with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Architect efficient, secure, and cost-effective solutions for complex technical and business challenges.- Lead the adoption and evolution of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.Team Building & Management :- Hire, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent to support company growth.- Build a strong engineering culture centered around collaboration, learning, and innovation.- Define team goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentorship to engineers.- Create a supportive environment that motivates high performance and individual development.Process Improvement & Efficiency :- Drive agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to enhance development speed and quality.- Continuously improve engineering processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and consistency.- Define and track engineering KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance, productivity, and code quality.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :- Partner with executive leadership to align engineering efforts with company vision and strategic plans.- Communicate complex technical topics effectively to non-technical stakeholders.- Foster seamless collaboration across engineering, product, design, and business teams to ensure cohesive delivery.Qualifications & Skills :- 6+ years of proven experience in backend engineering, including substantial experience in a leadership or managerial role.- Deep expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Go.- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management systems.- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance backend architectures.- Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Proven experience working with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and RESTful API design.- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a track record of managing and growing engineering teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical technical decisions under pressure.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.- Experience in optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automating backend development workflows.- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and deployment standards.- Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or Babylon.js is a plus.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.- A leadership role with significant influence on the companys technical direction and growth.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment.- Access to continuous learning, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
