Company : Ctruh Technologies Pvt LtdLocation : Bangalore, IndiaRole : Full Stack EngineerExperience : 2+ YearsAbout the Role : Ctruh Technologies is looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer with 2 - 3 years of strong hands-on experience to build and scale cutting-edge web applications. You will work with the MERN stack and other modern technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable systems, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, from system design to deployment, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.- Build and maintain efficient server-side logic and RESTful microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript.- Create and manage MongoDB schemas, optimize queries, and ensure database scalability.- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate React components and APIs seamlessly.- Implement security, authentication, and data protection best practices.- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions to ensure scalability and Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.- Work closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features in rapid iterations.- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing Skills & Qualifications : - 2 - 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.- Expertise in Node.js and Express.js frameworks.- Solid understanding of MongoDB and Mongoose.- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.- Knowledge of asynchronous programming patterns and best practices.- Strong grasp of system design principles and application architecture.- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Skills : - Front-end development experience with React.js.- Exposure to Three.js or similar 3D graphics libraries.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) - e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda.- Knowledge of Docker and containerization workflows.- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.Why Join Ctruh?- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Health insurance and wellness benefits.- A collaborative and innovative startup environment.- Opportunities for continuous learning, professional growth, and working with emerging technologies.- The chance to work on challenging, impactful projects that shape the future of our products.
