As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangalore to drive our marketing strategies and content distribution efforts.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to manage end-to-end marketing efforts, including social media, branding, content distribution, and more. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a startup, preferably in the digital media domain, and should be adept at handling multiple facets of marketing while collaborating with various teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and manage Newzchain’s presence across various social media platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Branding: Develop and maintain consistent branding strategies to ensure Newzchain’s voice is clear, strong, and resonates with our audience.
  • Content Distribution: Implement effective content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement across digital channels.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with content, product, and marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, and other forms of digital outreach to promote content and products.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and content distribution to ensure goals are met and adjust strategies where necessary.
  • Startup & Media Experience: Leverage past experience in the digital media domain to enhance Newzchain’s marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within a startup or digital media platform.
  • Digital Media Expertise: Proven expertise in digital media marketing, content distribution, and brand management.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms for social media management, SEO, analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including content, product, and other departments.
  • Location: This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore.
