  • Customer Insights and Persona Development: Gather and analyse customer insights to create detailed buyer personas and target audience profiles, guiding marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Brand Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market and resonates with the target audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, report, and analyse the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement. Incorporate innovative strategies and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and development, to create engaging landing pages and optimize the overall user experience. Work closely with the content team to produce engaging, brand-consistent content.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals such as ROI and KPIs. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.


PREREQUISITES:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with a strong track record of identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire action.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and enhancing user funnels.
  • Proficient in conducting A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Familiarity with ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, including their limitations and constraints.
  • Expertise in market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to create compelling product messaging that communicates the unique value proposition.
  • Experience in managing product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams and developing launch materials.
