THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic Product and Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle and digital marketing efforts for Shiv Nadar School.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid social media campaigns, display advertising, and database marketing. Develop compelling brand messaging and communication for ad copies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- SEO and Content Optimization: Actively manage and optimize all SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and on-page SEO. Oversee and improve online content by leveraging SEO best practices and Google Analytics insights to enhance visibility and performance.
- Website Management: Oversee the management of the CMS, ensuring the website is optimized for SEO, content is consistently updated, and user journeys are clear. Monitor and analyse website performance against defined KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Campaign Management: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels to boost product visibility, engagement, and adoption.
- Customer Insights and Persona Development: Gather and analyse customer insights to create detailed buyer personas and target audience profiles, guiding marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Brand Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market and resonates with the target audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, report, and analyse the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement. Incorporate innovative strategies and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and development, to create engaging landing pages and optimize the overall user experience. Work closely with the content team to produce engaging, brand-consistent content.
- Performance Measurement: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals such as ROI and KPIs. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
PREREQUISITES:
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with a strong track record of identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire action.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and enhancing user funnels.
- Proficient in conducting A/B and multivariate testing.
- Familiarity with ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, including their limitations and constraints.
- Expertise in market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Ability to create compelling product messaging that communicates the unique value proposition.
- Experience in managing product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams and developing launch materials.
- Strong understanding of customer insights and ability to develop detailed buyer personas and target audience profiles.
- Proficiency in collaborating with sales teams to create effective sales enablement tools and resources.
- Ability to develop and execute customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
