Summary

Own our automation stack with n8n, design reliable workflows, cut manual work, and ship measurable impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain n8n workflows, triggers, custom nodes
  • Integrate APIs, REST and GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks, pagination, rate limits
  • Add error handling, retries, alerts, run logs, idempotency
  • ETL: map, validate, and normalize JSON between apps
  • Lead capture, scoring, routing, enrichment, deduplication
  • Marketing and sales ops automations to CRM and analytics
  • Secrets management and env separation, dev, stage, prod
  • Write specs and diagrams, keep versioned docs current
  • Monitor latency and costs, tune nodes and concurrency
  • Maintain reusable subflows and naming standards
  • Enable teammates with safe runbooks and RBAC


Minimum Requirements

  • 2 plus years building production automations in n8n or similar, for example Make, Zapier, Airflow, Prefect
  • Strong JavaScript or TypeScript, Function and Code nodes
  • Solid API skills: verbs, auth flows, HMAC, webhooks, cursors
  • Data skills: JSON schema, regex, date math, timeouts, retries
  • Basics of queues and backoff strategies
  • Experience with CRMs and marketing stacks, Zoho or HubSpot or Salesforce, Meta and Google Ads, GA4 or GTM
  • Git proficiency and clear documentation
