Key Responsibilities Configure and optimize Sprinklr modules (Social Listening, Care,) to support Client’s digital customer experience strategy Develop workflows, automation, rules, and dashboards to improve service quality and customer engagement across channels Integrate Sprinklr with enterprise platforms (CRM, loyalty, analytics, and data warehouse systems) via APIs and connectors Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable Sprinklr solutions Ensure Sprinklr configurations align with governance, compliance, and data privacy standards Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and engage with Sprinklr support to resolve incidents Provide training, documentation, and best practices to business users for effective platform adoption Previous experience in configuring workflows on Live Chat and WhatsApp Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field 2–5 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing in Sprinklr Hands-on experience with SprinklrAI+, dynamic workflows, SmartFAQs, setting up zeroshot model is mandatory Proficiency in APIs, REST/JSON integrations, and data handling Experience in building dashboards, reporting, and automation rules within Sprinklr Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Sprinklr certifications (e.g., Platform Administrator, Modern Care, or Marketing Specialist) Experience integrating Sprinklr with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), loyalty systems, or analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) Familiarity with SQL and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
