Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP HCM Consultant at SDLC Corp in Noida.

- Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, and other relevant modules.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing SAP HCM solutions.

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and alignment with SAP HCM functionalities.

- Advise clients on best practices for utilizing SAP HCM to improve HR operations and achieve business goals.

- Provide training and user support to ensure effective adoption of SAP HCM solutions.

- Design and implement custom enhancements, reports, and workflows within SAP HCM to meet specific business needs.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Work with ABAP developers to create and test custom programs and interfaces.

- Perform system configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules according to business requirements.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and custom developments.

- Ensure that all system changes are properly documented and comply with internal controls and audit requirements.

- Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP HCM configurations and customizations.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and reliability.

- Identify and resolve issues during testing phases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.

- Stay current with the latest SAP HCM updates, tools, and best practices.

- Propose and implement continuous improvements to SAP HCM processes and solutions.

- Participate in SAP HCM projects and initiatives, contributing to innovation and process enhancement.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll.

- Experience with SAP HCM configuration, customization, and support.

- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR cloud solutions is a plus.

- Knowledge of integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules, such as SAP FI/CO and SAP MM.

- Basic understanding of ABAP programming for troubleshooting and collaboration with developers.

- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Experience in conducting business process analysis and optimization in the context of SAP HCM implementations
