We’re looking for a dedicated YouTube Growth & SEO Manager who understands how YouTube works — posting, optimization, thumbnails, retention, analytics, and audience growth.Your goal is simple:grow Track’d into one of India’s biggest electronic music channels.Key ResponsibilitiesYouTube Channel Management- Upload and optimize all Track’d videos - Write SEO-rich titles, descriptions, and tags - Create high-performing thumbnails (with in-house designer or agency) - Manage upload schedules and content calendars - Track analytics and weekly performance reportsSEO + Growth- Improve ranking through keyword research - Boost retention, CTR, and watch time - Study competitor channels and apply growth strategies - Build playlists, end screens, cards, community posts - Manage metadata, hashtags, chaptering, and captionsAudience Growth + Engagement- Run community posts and polls - Suggest content ideas based on analytics - Improve subscriber growth consistency - Monitor viewer comments and sentiment - Understand what works for electronic/techno audienceCollaboration + Execution- Work with in-house content producer for editing inputs - Work with Radhika (social media team) for cross-promotion - Support shoots with thumbnail shots & content notes - Share insights with founder and brand team weeklyWhat We’re Looking For- 1–4 years experience in YouTube management / growth - Strong understanding of YouTube SEO - Knows YouTube Creator Studio deeply - Basic knowledge of thumbnails & titles science - Understands electronic/techno music (bonus) - Can think strategically + execute fast - Data-driven mindset with clear reporting style - Experience in growing a YouTube channel is a big plusSalary Range₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month(depends on experience + performance)Why Join Us- Be part of India’s fastest-growing electronic music platform - Work directly with the founder & creators - Attend shoots, festivals, and artist sessions - Full freedom to experiment and execute strategies - Build something iconic in the Indian music sceneHow to ApplyEmail your CV + examples of channels you’ve worked on:admin@technobewithyou.com
