YouTube Channel Manager Tech Domain (Flagship Client)Location: BangaloreExperience: 3–5 yearsCompensation: Competitive / As per industry standardsJob OverviewWe’re looking for a skilled YouTube / LinkedIn Channel Manager to strategize, lead, and grow the channel of a flagship client in India’s technology ecosystem. This role involves complete ownership of the channel — from developing strategy, planning and publishing to analytics and growth strategy. You’ll act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the client and our internal teams, managing around 10 videos per week across tech-focused storytelling and industry content.Key Responsibilities●Develop long-term and short-term strategies to grow the YouTube channel.●Develop and manage the weekly and monthly YouTube content calendar, aligning with client objectives.●Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ideate and execute new video concepts.●Oversee thumbnails, titles, metadata, and publishing schedules to ensure timely uploads and consistency.●Lead weekly meetings with internal and client teams, ensuring alignment and smooth workflow.●Report progress and performance updates regularly to the Account Head.●Track and analyze channel performance using YouTube Studio and Google Analytics, evaluating KPIs such as impressions, CTR, views, and watch time.●Identify insights and trends to shape data-driven growth strategies.●Stay updated with YouTube SEO, emerging formats, and best practices; experience with VidIQ and TubeBuddy preferred.●Analyse the LinkedIn Platform and cross-leverage to grow the YouTube channel.Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure creative alignment and consistent brand quality.What We’re Looking For●3–5 years of experience managing YouTube channels or digital video campaigns, ideally for tech, B2B, or innovation-driven brands.●Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, audience growth, and content optimization.●Excellent coordination, communication, and client management skills.●Analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into clear action points.●Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a creative edge.About the ProjectYou’ll be part of a team that manages YouTube strategy and publishing for a leading organization, shaping India’s technology and innovation narrative.
