This job is a work from home job. You will be compensated per video basis initially, then it will move to monthly salary.

**Responsibilities**
- Attention grabbing and retaining editing for Youtube
- Youtube thumbnail generation art
- **Excellent knowledge about music/ audio production**:

- Create Instagram reels from the long from videos provided.
- Be quick to identify current and upcoming trends and implement them in your work
- Create high-quality Gifs, animations and motion videos
- Knowlege of both long and short form content editing
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices
- Transform and modify recorded screen segments to create an appealing presentation for viewers

**IMPORTANT**: Please provide your portfolio or show reel of previous work or channel that you have worked for.

You will also receive bonus on high performing videos

**Qualifications**:

- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- No degree or work experience is required, however, your skills will be judged based on your past work.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Lightworks, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut)
- Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
- Ability to multitask and work toward several projects simultaneously
- Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions
- Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of the project scope and implementation
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Ability to create special effects, 3D and compositing

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 99 months
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
