Our goal is to impact 5 million lives by 2030.Key Responsibilities:Financial Strategy & Planning:- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Lead the annual budgeting process with department heads.- Monitor financial performance and present reports to leadership and the board.Financial Management & Compliance:- Oversee accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and audits.- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accounting standards.- Maintain strong relationships with auditors and financial institutions.Risk Management & Internal Controls:- Identify and mitigate financial risks.- Implement robust internal controls and financial safeguards.- Grant Management & Donor Reporting- Manage financial aspects of grants and donor contracts.- Coordinate with program teams for accurate and timely donor reporting.Financial Sustainability & Growth:- Develop strategies for long-term financial sustainability and revenue diversification.- Team Leadership- Lead and mentor the finance team.- Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.Qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CA preferred).- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as Director or senior finance leader in the nonprofit sector.- Expertise in nonprofit financial management, including fund accounting and grant compliance.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- High integrity and commitment to transparency and accountability.
