Position

Position Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai.

Reporting Manager: Chief Business Officer

We hustle Monday - Friday (1st & 3rd Saturday)

Vertical Summary

Under Impact Guru, Policy Guru/Carepal is an Insurtech startup. Insurance penetration in India is a huge problem. About only 20% of India has some form of health insurance. As an individual, you would have had some exposure to health insurance via policy bazaar, an agent who is generally a relative or your bank. Yet, you haven't bought it today. Why?

This is the problem we are trying to solve by creating innovative products in this space.

Roles & Responsibilities

*
Design clear engaging graphic communications for web, mobile, and print - this includes direct mail pieces, brand promotional items, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.

*
Work closely with the marketing and content team to translate their messaging concepts into graphic/visual marketing material.

*
Think creatively and independently design concepts, graphics, and layouts.

*
Grow online social networks by acquiring new fan-bases and increasing interactions via designs.

*
Knowledge of and ability to use various design tools.

*
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

*
Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels

Professional Experiences

*
Proven A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design

*
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Graphic Design.

*
Exposure to Insurance or B2C products will be a plus.

*
Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration

*

Must have excellent time management skills

*
Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

*
Must have ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team Creative, witty & spontaneous with strong attention to detail and high standards in delivery quality.
