Business Development Manager

About the job:
- We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager - Drone Operations to join its team in Noida, India.
- He/she will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibility Areas:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in GIS, Mining, O&G, UAV, or any relevant civil infrastructure field.
- Drafting contracts and techno-commercial proposals.
- Respond to E-Procurement Bids and Participate in Pre-Bid Meetings.
- Preparing reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up Strong understanding of the survey & mining industry and its trends.
- Candidate working with Drone Services/Manufacturing as BDE will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements and skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e. g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA / master's in business administration, sales or relevant field
