Salesforce Program Manager Delivery Management.Positions: Multiple (US & India Pipeline).Function: Salesforce Practice / Delivery.Reports To: Global Salesforce Delivery HeadAbout the Role:At Brillio, we are driving Salesforce-led digital transformation across industries by combining innovation, agility, and delivery excellence.As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements end-to-end - managing delivery, stakeholder relationships, financials, and team performance while remaining billable.This role demands a hands-on program leader who blends strategic delivery oversight with the ability to guide technical teams, manage risks, and ensure measurable business outcomes for clients.Key & Project Delivery:- Lead multi-workstream Salesforce programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.- Oversee program governance, delivery planning, and execution across geographies.- Manage program budgets, forecasting, and profitability while maintaining a billable role.- Implement best-in-class delivery frameworks leveraging agile and hybrid models.- Partner with architects and solution teams to ensure technical and functional alignment with client goals.Client & Stakeholder Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.- Build trusted advisor relationships by driving transparency, proactive communication, and business value realization.- Manage escalations effectively while maintaining long-term client confidence and satisfaction.Leadership & Team Enablement:- Mentor and guide project managers, leads, and consultants within the delivery organization.- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration across distributed teams.- Contribute to delivery maturity, knowledge management, and capability building within the Salesforce practice.Operational Excellence:- Track delivery KPIs - utilization, velocity, NPS, and gross margins ensuring alignment to Brillios delivery standards.- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, scope creep, and resource challenges.- Drive continuous improvement by embedding data-driven delivery insights and automation where possible.Ideal Profile:- Experience: 12-18 years in IT delivery management, with 5+ years in Salesforce program or account leadership roles.- Proven success in managing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, CPQ, etc.- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.- Hands-on experience in program financials, governance, client engagement, and team leadership.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, PMP/PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master) preferred.Why Join Brillio:At Brillio, youll lead transformation for some of the worlds most innovative organizations.As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to:- Shape client success stories through delivery excellence and innovation.- Be part of a global Salesforce leadership community driving growth and value creation.- Lead programs that combine industry depth, platform expertise, and agile execution at scale.
