Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design trends.
  • From wireframing to prototyping, the UI/UX Designer will play a key role in shaping the overall user experience and interface design of our digital products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and design assets that translate wireframes into visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
  • Ensure design consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, including web, mobile, and other platforms.
  • Implement best practices in UI/UX design, including responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first principles.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics to continuously improve the user experience and meet project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, techniques, and trends, and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and excellence in design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and information architecture.
  • Experience with conducting user research, user testing, and usability evaluations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
