Head of Research Outreach

The Head of Outreach in Research, at Konnifel, is a senior-level position in the Research Department. The selected Head of Outreach will be central to expanding Konnifel's presence and influence within the academic community. This position involves developing and implementing strategic outreach initiatives and enhancing engagement with professors. Simultaneously, they'll be working alongside the Head of Research towards assessments, academic writing etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, an existing wide network of academicians, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for maintaining great professional relationships with professors, industry specialists and lead researchers.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies.

2. Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, researchers, and professors.

3. Identify and secure opportunities for collaboration, sponsorships, and partnerships.

4. Represent Konnifel at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

5. Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.

6. Work closely with the Marketing and Research teams to align outreach efforts with the overall organization’s goals.

7. Plan workshops, seminars, and conferences to bring together academics and researchers from various tier-1 and tier-2 universities to share ideas, discuss research findings, and explore collaboration prospects.

8. Contribute towards RRAT assessments, academic writing etc. 


 

Qualifications:

- PhD candidate/currently pursuing Ph.D. from an accredited university in a science or social sciences related discipline.

- An existing broad network of professors, scholars, and researchers.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
