Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our HR team at Ripple Links. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and smooth coordination with employees and internal teams. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach.

1. Payroll Management

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
• Handle full & final settlements, reimbursements, and related transactions.

1. Employee Data & Records

• Maintain attendance, leave, and salary data.
• Update and manage employee master database with accuracy.

1. Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare and share payroll reports with management.
• Liaise with Finance and HR teams for statutory filings.
• Address employee payroll queries with clarity and confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/HR/Finance or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
