Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' digital presence across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on leveraging for brand building, lead generation, and engagement. You will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized marketing strategies for each client, aligned with their specific business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough client onboarding, understanding their industry, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and curate compelling content (posts, articles, videos, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Text Ads).
  • Analyse performance using Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and maintain client presence on other social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, YouTube).
  • Develop and schedule engaging content calendars for various social media channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement relevant strategies.
  • Engage with audiences and respond to inquiries across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance across all digital channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and reports.
  • Present digital marketing strategies and performance results to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of 's platform, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively leverage tools like Hootsuite, Meta Ads, and SEMrush to execute and optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
