Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients during software integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful execution of integration projects.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation to help clients understand our solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain integration performance, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve integration processes and support services.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and industry standards to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or client-facing role, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software integration processes and APIs.
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL tools) is a plus.
  • Should have working knowledge of payment systems.
