Requirements :

- Develop and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers.

- Implement APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.

- Test and debug applications to ensure performance and reliability.

- Learn and grow under the guidance of senior developers.
