Role Overview
We are seeking a
skilled Backend Developer
with
2–3 years of professional experience
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in backend frameworks, databases, and cloud infrastructure, along with a passion for solving complex problems.
You will play a key role in:
Developing and maintaining backend systems
Ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript
Build secure and scalable
APIs
(RESTful; GraphQL knowledge is a plus)
Work with
MongoDB and PostgreSQL
for schema design, data modeling, optimization, and migrations
Deploy and manage applications on
AWS
within
Linux/Unix environments
Implement
CI/CD pipelines
and ensure smooth deployments
Collaborate with
frontend developers (Next.js)
and
AI teams (Python-based solutions)
Write
unit and integration tests
to ensure code quality and maintainability
Follow
security best practices
to safeguard systems and data
Contribute to
agile ceremonies
such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
2–3 years of experience
with Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript
Proficiency with
MongoDB
and
PostgreSQL
(schema design, optimization)
Strong knowledge of
AWS
and Linux/Unix environments
Experience with
authentication & authorization
(JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)
Familiarity with
Docker
and CI/CD tools
Strong testing background (Jest, Mocha, Supertest)
Knowledge of
Python
for backend scripting or AI/ML integrations (advantage)
Exposure to frontend-backend integration with
Next.js
(plus)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and documentation abilities
Effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
Adaptability to learn new technologies quickly
Ownership and accountability for deliverables
Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments
