About the Role :

We are looking for talented Backend Developers proficient in Python, Java, Node.js, or .Net to join our fast-growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems that power large-scale applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

- Build secure, efficient, and high-performance server-side logic.

- Integrate backend services with databases, cloud infrastructure, and external APIs.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.

- Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to deliver seamless integrations.

- Monitor, debug, and optimize system performance and reliability.

- Implement security and data protection best practices.

- Contribute to architecture discussions and decision-making for large-scale projects.

- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in one or more : Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (Express/NestJS), or .Net Core.

- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and REST API design principles.

- Proficiency in working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Experience in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC.

- Exposure to message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Experience in caching strategies and performance optimization.

- Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for full integration.

- Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS domains.
