Candidates having experience in Operation, analytics, please do not apply for this role. CTC: Up to 85 LPA Both team handling & individual contributor roles are available. Job Purpose The incumbent would be responsible for the managing HNI customers (with surplus investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore above) and have regular meetings with them , also supporting team to achieve their sales target which would result in a revenue of 3.5 times of CTCKey Deliverables Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales in the Chennai & Bengaluru region Continuously improve the sales effectiveness Motivate and direct the sales team Distinguish the company vis a vis competitor Engage in brand building exercises by focussing on the research based strength of the companyRole Requirements Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any stream / MBA in Marketing, AMFI Experience: 10+ Years in Sales Domain Knowledge: IT Skills: Responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services. Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size. Experience: 5+ Years of Wealth Management experience in the industry/ Must be from Wealth Platform or banking background.
