Urgent Mandate: VP/SVP Wealth Management with well reputed NBFCLocation: Chennai & Bengaluru, Local candidates preferredOnly candidates from Banks, NBFC's & Wealth Management companies, having sales experience of wealth products should apply with relevant experience.Candidates having experience in Operation, analytics, please do not apply for this role.CTC: Up to 85 LPABoth team handling & individual contributor roles are available.Job PurposeThe incumbent would be responsible for the managing HNI customers (with surplus investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore above) and have regular meetings with them , also supporting team to achieve their sales target which would result in a revenue of 3.5 times of CTCKey DeliverablesExecute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drivesales in the Chennai & Bengaluru regionContinuously improve the sales effectivenessMotivate and direct the sales teamDistinguish the company vis a vis competitorEngage in brand building exercises by focussing on the research based strength of the companyRole RequirementsEducational Qualifications: Graduation in any stream / MBA in Marketing, AMFIExperience: 10+ Years in SalesDomain Knowledge:IT Skills:Responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services. Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.Experience: 5+ Years of Wealth Management experience in the industry/ Must be from Wealth Platform or banking background.
