We partner with top fitness coaches and creators to bring high-quality supplements to their clients. We’re now hiring a Sales Executive to help us bring more elite coaches into our partner ecosystem.Role OverviewYour job: identify great fitness coaches, start conversations, book calls, and close them into our partner program. You’ll live in DMs (mainly Instagram), WhatsApp, and short sales calls. This is a hunter role: high activity, high ownership, clear targets.What You’ll DoFind and reach out to fitness coaches and trainers online (primarily Instagram). Start new qualified conversations every day and keep a tight follow-up cadence. Handle basic objections and move serious prospects to the finish line quickly. Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date with every touchpoint and status. Work closely with our Affiliate Success Manager to ensure smooth handoff and activation of new partners.What Success Looks LikeIn your first 3 months, you are: Consistently hitting daily outreach and follow-up targets. Booking and running a steady volume of calls each week. Closing high-quality coaches into the program every month. Clearly tracking your numbers and knowing exactly where your pipeline sits at all times.Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales / business development / partnerships (inside sales or DM-based sales is a big plus). Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection. Strong written communication (short, sharp, clear messages). Confident on the phone / video for short sales calls. You care about fitness and can talk to coaches without faking it.Nice to HaveExperience selling to coaches, creators, or influencers. Experience doing outbound on Instagram / social.
