Job Title: Senior Director - Delivery-AI Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Immediate joiners or notice period of less than 30 days are neededPurpose As a Senior Director at LogixHealth, you will be leading members of software engineering team focused on building LogixHealth’s core applications, help the organization meet the technical challenges of building applications to support a rapidly expanding business. You will also work with a globally distributed team of engineers to design and build cutting edge solutions that directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring your expertise to continue delivering innovative technology solutions.Duties and Responsibilities Facilitates Agile processes and tools to enable the effective communication of stories, requirements, acceptance criteria and progress in support of software engineering objectives Can steer the team towards right technical direction for required solution in her/his span Manage technology transformation in a rapidly changing environment with ability to provide technology leadership to software engineering teams for mission critical applications Works with product management, business stakeholders and architecture leadership to understand software requirements. Helps shape, estimate and plan product roadmaps and generates release plans Monitors teamwork completion rate, defect rates, code coverage, cycle times and other product engineering KPIs. Understands development risks and technical debt and makes process improvement recommendations to the team, management and business stakeholders Fosters an environment of accountability between engineering team members and between engineering teams and business stakeholders Determines hiring plan and recruits, motivates and leads the best software engineering, DevOps and QA talent Mentors and develops the skills of members of the development team, cultivating a culture of learning Advises and contributes to the user experience, architecture and test-driven development of product features and functionality Serves as the point of escalation for team concerns and engineering obstacles. Provide solution architecture to cater to requirements balancing timelines and modern design principles Participate in development process by identifying potential weak points. Lead solutions development using technical judgment, input from experts and the involvement of other systems development partners as appropriate Manage production issues and provide support for all critical, non-critical issues while partnering with user support, infrastructure, and other teamsQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. BS (or higher, MS / PhD) degree in Computer Science / related field, or equivalent technical experience.Experience 15+ years’ of experience in software development with AI delivery experience and at least the last few years in a leadership role with progressively increasing responsibilitiesExtensive experience in the following areas Knowledge of major cloud platform like Azure, AWS or GCP with experience in handling cloud transformation initiatives Leading large Cloud and Automation transformation projects Prior hands-on experience in developing code in Microsoft technologies - .NET technologies, SQL Server Experience in working in a pure DevOps environment Significant talent for handling stressful situations effectively, prioritizing work, meeting deadlines and motivating others Experience in recruiting, hiring and retaining the best software engineers, DevOps and QA professionals People management – Building and driving high performance cross location team, developing modern skills, managing performance management Experience designing and implementing data security and governance platform adhering to compliance standards (HIPPA, SOC 2) preferredPreferred Experience Experience in working in RCM domain – specifically Medical Coding, AR/Billing, Cash Posting will be an advantage Knowledge of modern data architecture, Databricks, Airflow, SSIS Prior experience in leading teams working Angular or React or Node Experience in developing enterprise systems with LLM integration.
