The ideal candidate will bring extensive operational expertise, team leadership, and financial acumen to ensure efficient functioning and growth of the branch.
- Oversee all aspects of daily branch operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning.
- Ensure effective implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to drive business growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling of services.
- Ensure the branch meets its targets for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) revenue, service revenue, and profitability.
