We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven content projects at scale. You'll oversee the end-to-end execution of operations, manage cross-functional teams, ensure quality and timely delivery, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of AI content projects in collaboration with Project Managers, TQM, and global delivery teams
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs; drive performance tracking, reporting, and issue resolution
- Manage project transitions, deployments, and change requests in partnership with client and internal stakeholders
- Coach team leads and content reviewers to ensure quality, consistency, and productivity
- Coordinate with training, quality, and support teams to optimize delivery processes
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Support workforce planning, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in digital content, AI, or data services
- Strong understanding of project delivery models and performance metrics
- Proven experience in people management and client communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with global stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI/ML content pipelines or moderation workflows is a plus
