What you need to Experience: You've worked before as a Business Analyst or in a similar Tech Know-How: You understand software products, their features, and related Communication Skills: You can explain complex ideas clearly, both when speaking and writing (including technical Agile & Scrum Familiarity: You're comfortable with Agile and Scrum ways of Tool Proficiency: You know how to use project management Documentation Expertise: Proficient in creating and managing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow Organizational Strength: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities efficiently
