You’ll collaborate with global teams to build scalable backend services and mentor junior developers in best practices for performance, data consistency, and cloud-native design.What You’ll DoDevelop and optimize backend components usingCore Java, Spring Boot, and SQL . Work ondatabase connectivity , schema design, and query optimization. Collaborate with architects ondata connector and integration frameworks . Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all deliverables. Contribute to technical design, reviews, and mentoring of junior developers.What We’re Looking For8+ yearsof experience inJava-based backend engineering . Deep expertise inSQL / RDBMS internals , query tuning, and database design. Hands-on withSpring Boot, REST APIs, and multithreaded applications . Familiarity withcloud (AWS / Azure) ,CI/CD ,Docker/Kubernetespreferred. Prior product development or data integration experience is a plus.
